Delete Your Account
⚠️ This is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- All wellness data: Morning check-ins, state ratings, evening metrics, notes
- All photos: Selfies and photo journal entries stored in our system
- Relationship data: Your Bonds vault, all repair/reconnect/rituals/recognition items
- AI conversation history: Liv Take insights and Rip coaching conversations
- Connected accounts: Google and Fitbit OAuth tokens (you'll need to reconnect if you return)
- Subscription: Your subscription will be cancelled (you can also manage this through Stripe)
- Your account: Email and authentication credentials
What We Keep (Legal Requirements)
For legal and accounting purposes, we may retain:
- Basic transaction records (dates, amounts - no personal wellness data)
- Records required for tax compliance (7 years)
- Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you
Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives:
- Take a break: Just log out. Your data will be here when you return.
- Clear data: Use "Clear All Data" in Settings to start fresh without deleting your account.
- Cancel subscription: Downgrade to the free tier without losing your data.
- Disconnect integrations: Remove Google or Fitbit connections in Settings.
How to Delete Your Account

Sign in to your account
Go to liv.rip/app and sign in with your email.

Open Settings
Click the settings icon in the top right corner, or click "Settings" in the sidebar.

Scroll to Danger Zone
At the bottom of Settings, find the red "Danger Zone" section.

Click "Delete Account Permanently"
You'll be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. Then confirm one more time.

Done
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
