Liv is a personal wellness tracking application that helps you:

• Track daily check-ins and environment states
• View calendar events and tasks from connected services
• Monitor health metrics from fitness devices
• Receive AI-powered insights about your wellness patterns
• Manage relationship touchpoints

3. User Accounts

To use Liv, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features:

• Analyze your self-reported data to provide personalized observations
• May occasionally produce inaccurate or irrelevant suggestions
• Are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care
• Should not be relied upon for emergency situations

6. Third-Party Services

Liv integrates with third-party services including Google and Fitbit. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data from third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Liv and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Is illegal or fraudulent

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

In no event shall Liv, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
